1. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team. Your order number and the estimated delivery time are mentioned in that email. 

If you have not received an email from Coco Shelly, make sure to check the spam folder or the junk folder before making any inquiries to Coco Shelly. 

You will receive another email that includes the tracking information, after generating shopping information for your order.

Make sure to contact the support team at Coco Shelly in case you have any questions about the delivery of any specific product.

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If the order is in the”Processing” stage, cancel the order. Next, place a new order with the updated shipping information.

4. Can you expedite my product on priority?

In case you need to expedite your order, please contact our customer support at your earliest. After that, we can check with our logistics partner to get back to you within a shorter period with an update.

5. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

After placing the order, you are not allowed to add new products to the order. What you can do is place a new order. If you want to remove any products from your existing order, contact our customer support. Our customer support will help cancel your current order within a few minutes. After that, you can place a new order.
